The Car
The Caterham Seven is based on the Lotus Seven designed by Colin Chapman as a lightweight race car. Caterham bought the rights in 1972. The Caterham Seven is a small, lightweight, two-seater sports car renowned for its performance and handling.
The Model
This is the 1:12 Tamiya version, with a fully detailed copy of the 2.0 Turbo Cosworth engine. The base kit has a lot of detail out of the box, including spark plug wires, interior carpet and working suspension. Additional wiring was added to the engine bay.
