The Bike
The Kawasaki Ninja ZX-12R is one of the fastest production bikes ever made. With 160+bhp, and the handling and braking to match this power, it gained a reputation for being an easy bike to ride in traffic, but having brutal acceleration on the open road and inspired confidence with the rider going into the bends.
The Model
This was built from the 1:12 scale Tamiya kit. This is one of the first models I built and is hand painted. The brake disks and exhaust plates were drilled out for realism, and the chain and engine detail painted.
